1Is this really free? What's the catch?
There's no catch. We genuinely want to give back. Our Foundation Lab offers heavily discounted or completely free services depending on your organization's situation. We invest in organizations we believe in, and your success becomes our success story. The only 'catch' is that we're selective—we want to work with organizations that are truly committed to their mission and ready to put in the work alongside us.
2How do you decide who gets accepted?
We look at three things: your mission's impact on the community, your commitment to growth, and whether our services can genuinely make a difference for you. We're not looking for perfect organizations—we're looking for passionate ones. Minority-owned businesses, veteran entrepreneurs, and organizations serving underserved communities receive priority consideration.
3What services are included in the program?
Depending on your needs, you may receive: website optimization, local SEO, social media management, email marketing, reputation management, and strategic consulting. We tailor the package to what will actually move the needle for your organization. Some participants receive our full AI-powered marketing suite, while others get targeted support in specific areas.
4Why 3 to 36 months? That's a huge range.
Every organization is different. A small coffee shop might see incredible results in 6 months, while a nonprofit tackling complex community issues might need sustained support over 3 years to truly transform their reach. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all timelines. During your initial assessment, we'll work together to determine what duration makes sense for your specific goals.
5What happens when the program ends?
You won't be left hanging. Phase 4 of our program is specifically designed for 'graduation.' We transfer knowledge to your team, set up automations you can maintain, and provide documentation so you can continue the momentum. Many graduates also qualify for alumni pricing if they want to continue working with us at a reduced rate.
6Do I need to be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to apply?
Not at all. While we love supporting registered nonprofits, we equally support small businesses, social enterprises, community organizations, and entrepreneurs making a positive impact. If you're doing good work and need a digital boost, we want to hear from you.
7How long does the application process take?
Most applicants hear back within 2 weeks. After initial review, selected organizations are invited for a brief discovery call where we learn more about your mission and challenges. From application to program start is typically 3-4 weeks for accepted organizations.
8Can I apply again if I'm not accepted?
Absolutely. Sometimes the timing isn't right, or we're at capacity. If you're not accepted initially, we'll provide feedback on your application and encourage you to reapply after 6 months. Many of our current participants weren't accepted on their first try.
