Every part of the page reports to the crew. The chief of staff agent reads the night's visits, forms and chats, and the lead response agent follows up when someone leaves a form half done. Try the phone view.

Website design and development, explained.
What separates SiteLab from a typical web design agency
Most agencies build you a website and walk away. SiteLab engineers a complete system: designed to convert, optimized to rank and watched around the clock after launch.
The usual web design agency
- Hands you the keys and disappears at launch
- Treats SEO as an afterthought or an upsell
- Gives you no view of how search engines see your site
- Sends a monthly PDF report, if you are lucky
A SiteLab build
- Engineered for performance, security and search from day one
- SEO architecture built into every page before launch
- Crawl health, indexing and visibility watched after launch
- A live view of results, not a static report
Built fast, then watched
Every SiteLab project has two halves working together: one builds the site, the other watches how it performs. Your site is not just built. It is engineered, and then it is watched.
The build
- Performance-first architecture built for sub-2-second load times
- Mobile-responsive from the first pixel
- Enterprise-grade hosting with 99.9% uptime
- SEO architecture from day one: meta tags, schema markup, sitemaps and canonical URLs
The watch after launch
- Crawl monitoring that shows which bots visit your site and what they find
- Automated SEO audits that catch issues before they cost you traffic
- Pre-rendering, so every page is fully visible to Google, Bing and the AI assistants
- Indexing checks that confirm your pages actually show up in search results
- AI search readiness for Google AI Overviews, the AI assistants and voice search
Everything your website needs, nothing it does not
Every SiteLab project comes with a full set of deliverables. No hidden fees and no surprises, just what a business website needs to be found and to convert.

Discovery and strategy come first
Before any design, we learn your business, your goals, your audience and your competitive landscape inside out. Then we map the sitemap, the user flows, the SEO architecture and the technical requirements, so the design starts from what people search and what makes them call.
Care after launch
After launch, a care plan keeps the site healthy: managed hosting, backups, security patching, monthly content and design edits and Core Web Vitals monitoring. Larger plans add expanded monthly build hours, conversion rate testing, priority same-day support and quarterly redesign sprints.
Add the software, for one location or many
Pair the site with our software to answer customer conversations, build your reputation and grow in local search, all managed by our team. A single location gets a package built around its needs, and franchises, chains and multi-location groups get volume pricing across every location.
SiteLab | Engineered™ questions, answered.
Do I own my SiteLab website, domain and code?
Yes. The code, the content and the domain are yours and stay in your name. We can register the domain, set up hosting, configure SSL certificates and manage the servers for you, but you own every asset. Nothing is locked into a website builder you cannot leave.
Does SiteLab build on WordPress or custom code?
Either. SiteLab builds on WordPress or custom code, whichever your team can run day to day, and connects the crew to both. Either way, tracking, chat and forms are wired in before launch, and the code belongs to you.
How long does it take to build a SiteLab website?
About four weeks for most sites, with two design rounds and real copy from day one. Bigger builds are scoped on the call, and complex web applications can take 12 weeks or more. You get a sitemap and a timeline on the first call, before you commit to anything.
Can SiteLab fix my current website instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. A strategist looks at your current site before the call, including its speed, forms and tracking and the searches you should be showing up for, then tells you whether to fix it or rebuild. You leave the call with a plan either way.
Does SiteLab write the content for my website?
Yes. We write the copy in your voice from day one, proofread it and send it to you for approval. Service and area pages are written for search and the AI answers, and we use real photos of your business, edited, never stock passed off as yours.
Is a SiteLab website built for Google and AI search?
Yes, from the start. Every build ships with meta titles and descriptions, schema markup, an XML sitemap, canonical URLs, search console setup, redirects and Core Web Vitals work. Pages are planned around what people search and written for the AI answers too, with pre-rendering so the AI assistants and Google AI Overviews can read every page.
Can I update my SiteLab website myself after launch?
Yes. We build sites with easy content editing and train your team to make updates with confidence. For bigger changes our team is on hand, and after launch the crew proposes changes based on real visits, which go live only after you approve them.
What does a SiteLab website cost?
SiteLab is scoped on the call, and you get a quote there before you commit to anything. The quote follows the scope we agree on: the sitemap, the timeline and whether we fix or rebuild. Every build includes ninety days of iteration after launch, and care after that is month to month, with no contract.
