    What it is

The problem, the product, the change.

    The problem

Social is a chore that loses to the day.

Posting three times a week sounds easy until the week happens. Stock photos and captions written at 11pm are what actually goes out.

    What we built

Posts made from your real work, proofread, scheduled.

The crew turns jobs, reviews and photos into a month of posts, reels and ad creative, checks every word, and lines it up per location.

    What changes

    Twenty minutes a month.

You approve a week at a time. Reach climbs because the posts are true, and the ads use the same creative.

    Inside the product

A full week, planned and proofed.

A typical week from month three: posts cut from last week’s jobs, proofread, placed on the calendar and measured.

Morning. The lead keyword sits at 3 and held all week. Two technical issues need a developer, both ticketed. One proposal: move part of the Arlington budget to Frisco. That is the only thing that needs you today.

    Social media marketing, measured.

Social media analytics that show what is working

Posting is only half of social media marketing. The other half is knowing what worked and where to focus next, so decisions come from data instead of guesswork.

    • Engagement tracking: likes, comments, shares and overall engagement on every post.
    • Audience insights: who your followers are and how they behave, so you know what to post and when.
    • Competitor analysis: how competitors perform on social and what their strategy looks like.
    • Reporting: clear reports on every platform, branded for your clients if you are an agency.

    Social media management for agencies

Agencies manage multiple client accounts from one place, with each client on its own calendar and approval. Every client gets the same drafting, proofreading and scheduling, and the reports carry your brand.

    Questions

    Social Marketing questions, answered.

Will AI-drafted social media posts look like AI made them?

No, because they are built from your real work, never stock. The crew drafts posts from your jobs, reviews, photos and the season, in your voice, and product shots are edited from your own photos. A second model proofreads everything: every image with text is read back and every caption is checked for tone and claims. You approve every week, so nothing off-brand ships.

Which social media platforms does Social Marketing post to?

Facebook and your Google Business Profile today, with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest coming soon. Accounts are connected in your name, and you can revoke access at any time. Every post comes in every size it needs, from feed and story to reel and ad, all from one brief, so you never resize anything yourself.

Can Social Marketing publish posts for me, and can I add my own?

Yes to both. Approved posts publish on the platforms you connect, on the schedule you set, per location, at the hours your followers are on. Anything you add yourself is proofread and scheduled the same way, so your own photos from a job sit in the same calendar as the drafted posts. Comment replies are drafted in your voice too, with anything sensitive sent to you.

Does Social Marketing make short video and reels?

Yes. Short videos are cut from your own footage or generated, then captioned and made silent-safe so they work with the sound off. Reels and product shots usually start in weeks 5 to 8, once the first month of posts is running. Generated photos and video use Creative Studio credits, which are metered separately from the plan.

How long does it take to approve a month of social media posts?

About twenty minutes a month. Every Monday the brief lists the week that is ready, for example seven posts, two reels and one ad set, all proofread. One tap approves the week, and you can edit any post or caption inline before it goes out. You approve a week at a time, so nothing publishes without your yes.

Can Social Marketing run separate calendars for multiple locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own calendar with local photos and local offers, and one approval covers them all. For a brand team, templates are locked to the brand kit, with local variation only where you allow it and everything proofread. That solves the usual problem where every location posts the same thing, or nothing at all.

    What does Social Marketing cost?

Social Marketing comes with every DigiLabs plan, billed monthly per business, and covers drafting, proofreading, scheduling, comment replies and the brief. The one metered item is Creative Studio credits for generated photos and video. Your accounts stay connected in your name, and you can revoke access any time. If you would rather have people run it, ContentLab™ adds a content lead and community management.

How are social media reach and engagement reported?

Reach and engagement get one line in your morning brief and a page in the deck, in plain English. We track likes, comments, shares, follower growth, reach, impressions and click-through rates, compare performance across platforms, and show which posts performed best. Because approved posts also become ad sets, the same creative can be read in both places.
