These Terms govern your use of SearchLight™ and the DigiLabs platform provided by Digital Ingenuity ("we," "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
SearchLight™ provides SEO, AI-visibility, analytics, and marketing reporting dashboards, including optional integrations with third-party services such as Google. Features available to you depend on your plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any third-party account you link.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights, including the terms of any connected service.
Third-party services
When you connect a third-party account (such as Google), your use of that data is also subject to that provider's terms and policies. You are responsible for having the rights to connect and view that data.
SMS and text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in on a Digital Ingenuity form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Digital Ingenuity, including conversational replies, appointment and account notifications, and marketing updates where you opted in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Fees
Paid plans and add-ons are billed as described at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
SearchLight™, DigiLabs, and all related software, branding, and content are owned by Digital Ingenuity. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Ingenuity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
