Digital Ingenuity ("we," "us," "our") operates SearchLight™ and the DigiLabs platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide (name, email, company, and login credentials).
- Usage data from the dashboard (pages viewed, features used) to operate and improve the service.
- Data you connect from third-party services, including Google, as described below.
Google user data
When you choose to connect a Google account (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google Business Profile) to SearchLight™, we request read access to the performance data for those accounts for the sole purpose of displaying it to you inside your SearchLight™ dashboard. Specifically:
- Google Search Console: clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, and top queries/pages.
- Google Analytics (GA4): sessions, users, conversions, engagement, and traffic by channel.
- Google Ads: campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions.
- Google Business Profile: business locations and listing details.
We store the OAuth tokens needed to retrieve this data securely on our servers and use them only to fetch the metrics shown to you. We do not store more Google data than necessary to provide the dashboard.
How we use information
We use information solely to operate, secure, and improve SearchLight™ and to display your own connected data back to you. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Limited Use disclosure
SearchLight™'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data. We share data only with subprocessors that help us operate the service (such as our hosting and database providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We retain connected data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may disconnect any Google integration at any time from the Integrations area of your dashboard, and you may revoke our access directly at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing aaron@digitalingenuity.io.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of access tokens and server-side-only handling of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
SMS and text messaging
SMS/Text Messaging: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Digital Ingenuity LLC about your account, appointments, service updates, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe anytime, or HELP for help. We do NOT sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with any third party for marketing.
If you provide your mobile number on one of our forms and opt in, Digital Ingenuity may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry, appointments, account, or marketing updates. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.

- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or email discovery@digitalingenuity.io.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors is limited to what is required to deliver the messages you requested (for example, our messaging provider). Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own marketing.
Children's privacy
SearchLight™ is a business tool not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above when we do.
