For agencies questions, answered.
Will my clients ever see Digital Ingenuity on the white-label DigiLabs platform?
No. Your clients never see our name, not on a screen, an email, a text or an invoice. The white-label platform carries your logo, your colors, your domain and your sender addresses. The crew speaks by your voice rules, the marketplace shows your prices, and support is routed to you, or to us invisibly if you want it.
How do DigiLabs agency plans work?
Agency plans are sized by client accounts: Starter covers three clients, Growth covers fifteen, and Scale has unlimited clients. White label starts on the Growth plan, and every client gets all six products and the crew. Agencies typically resell inside a package with their own service on top.
How do agencies resell DigiLabs marketplace add-ons?
You set the price your clients pay for every add-on in the marketplace, and you keep the difference. Call recording, creative credits, press releases, listings sync, forecast bands and extra seats all work this way, and every line lands on one statement.
Should my agency keep the spread or take a revenue share on DigiLabs?
Most agencies keep the spread: you pay us, bill your own price and keep the difference, and you can bill clients yourself or through us on one statement. With a revenue share, we split what your clients pay, agreed once and applied to everything, and a strategist is included, so we carry the managed work while you carry the relationship.
Does Digital Ingenuity sell directly to an agency's white-label clients?
Never. We do not sell to your clients, not directly, not cheaper and not under any other name. Your clients see your brand and your prices, and nothing else. Even on the revenue share model, where a strategist is included and we carry the managed work, you carry the relationship.
What happens to a white-label DigiLabs account when a client leaves my agency?
The account stays with your agency, not with us. It is yours to keep or close. We do not step in to keep that client for ourselves or sell to them under any name, because your clients are yours.
Can my agency connect its own tools and AI agents to DigiLabs?
Yes. Through the API and MCP, your own stack talks to the engine, and your own agents show up in the crew. Your team works from the agency console with roles and seats for each client, and your clients still see one platform with your name on it.
How fast can an agency launch its first white-label DigiLabs client?
In about a day. Your brand kit of logo, colors and voice rules takes an afternoon with our creative lead. Your subdomain and sender addresses take half a day, guided. Then you import the first client and connect Google, and the first brief arrives the next morning. Your first statement follows on the 1st, then every month.
