Websites · Franchise website designOne brand site. A real page for every location.
Each location needs a page that says something only it can say. We build one brand site with a page for every location, written by our team from that location's own facts.
In one 2026 study, brands cited in Google's AI Overview got 120 percent more clicks for each time they were shown than brands that were not.
Location pages written by our team, one at a time, from facts only that location has.
On WordPress, approved pages publish from the dashboard with a live check and an undo.
Everything a location page should carry.
- A page for each location: address, hours, the services that location offers, its service area, its team and its own reviews.
- Forms on each page that send the lead to that location.
- Behind each page, the details search engines and AI answers read to understand a location: name, address, hours and services.
Name, address, hours and services, in the details search engines and AI answers read.
Swapping the town name says nothing new.
A page that only swaps the town gives searchers, and the AI answers, nothing to quote. A page with that location's services, team, area and reviews gives them something real to name.
Our team writes each page from one master layout and the facts only that location has.
Head office owns the brand. Owners supply the facts.
Head office sets the design, the brand words and the offers. Owners send the local facts: services, team, photos and service area.
Our team writes and publishes. Owner logins can be view only, by choice: every change comes through us and is checked against your brand rules first.
A separate door for future owners.
Buyers need a different site from customers. We build it as its own section or its own site, connect it to the buyer follow up, and fill it with what buyers look for:
- What the business is and who it suits.
- The investment and fees, worded exactly as your disclosure document states them and approved by your team.
- Training and support after opening.
- Which territories are open.
- Owner stories, shared only with each owner's permission.
- Answers to the questions buyers ask, marked up so search engines and AI answers can read them.
- A short form that goes to your development team, never to a location.
Moving or staying, every old address planned.
If your site runs on WordPress, approved pages publish straight from the dashboard with a live check and an undo.
If it runs somewhere else, we work with your web team or rebuild it with ours. If you are moving from separate location sites, we plan where every old address should lead before anything is switched off.
From the first call to every location.
We review the current sites and how each location is found today.
We agree the master layout with head office.
Owners send their local facts, and our team writes each page.
Pages go live after your yes and join the monthly report.
Asked often, answered plainly.
Does my location need its own website?
Usually a strong page on the brand site is simpler to keep right than a separate site. We decide it with head office on the call, based on your franchise agreement and how your locations are found today.
Can owners edit their own page?
Owners send changes to us, and our team makes them inside your brand rules. Owner logins can be view only, which keeps every page consistent across the system.
What happens to our old location sites?
We list every old address and plan where each one should lead, so people and search engines do not hit a dead end. We do this before anything is switched off.
Do you build the franchise buyer site too?
Yes. It is a separate section or site written for future owners, with a form that goes to head office's pipeline, not to a location.
How do you keep location pages from all looking the same?
Each page starts from one master layout, then our team fills it with facts only that location has: its services, team, service area and reviews. If a location has little to say yet, we say less rather than pad the page.
More on marketing many locations.

On a 30 minute discovery call we walk you through a working location: its page, its place on the map and the leads its page brings in.
