Why us · Choosing a franchise marketing agencyThe traditional agency model, and ours.
The traditional model builds a custom strategy from separate services and reports on it each month. Ours watches every location in one dashboard and puts our team to work on what it finds.
About 68 percent of U.S. Google searches ended without a click from January to April 2026, up from about 60 percent in 2024.
Google says AI Overviews have more than 2.5 billion monthly users and AI Mode more than 1 billion.
Google Analytics added an AI Assistant channel on May 13, 2026, for visits that come from chat assistants.
Fifteen things every location gets. Checked against ten agencies.
A filled check is part of what we do. The circle beside it counts how many of the ten franchise agencies we read describe the same thing, or the closest thing to it, on their own sites.

- Part of what we do
- How many of the ten franchise agencies we read describe it, or the closest thing to it
Counts come from our comparison of the ten agencies, read from their own pages on October 12, 2026. An agency counts on a row when its pages describe that thing or the closest thing to it. "Not described" means we did not find it on their pages, not that they do not do it.
On the two phone rows: some of the ten describe call tracking, website chat or a fast reply to web forms and chat. None of those is described as answering a location's own calls, so they are not counted there.
Review work is not a row here: eight of the ten describe it.
Row by row, nothing hidden.
The left column describes the traditional model only as its own sellers describe it.

|---|---|---|
| What you buy | Separate service pages for websites, pay per click and local SEO, combined into a custom strategy. | One managed program for the brand and every location, run in one dashboard. |
| How locations are watched | Ad campaigns are managed daily. Local SEO is a list of tasks: profiles, listings, location pages and reviews. | Software checks on a schedule: each location's listings every six hours, search positions for each website every day and each location's Maps grid about weekly. Our team works on what the checks find. |
| How rankings are measured | The goal is to be found in the map's top three spots and in local results, with time ranges of weeks to months. | A Google Maps grid of up to 49 points around each location, with the businesses that beat it at each point. |
| AI answers | A brand level audit in four AI tools, with citations monitored monthly; the seller says it also builds this for single franchise locations. | Our team asks Google's AI Overview, ChatGPT and other assistants, city by city, whether they name your brand and which pages they cite. |
| The phone and lead follow up | Ads and forms bring the lead. Forms connect to a sales tracking system (CRM), and leads are qualified and tracked in a pipeline. | An AI receptionist can answer each location's line, a missed call gets a text back, and every lead lands in that location's records. Franchise buyer inquiries go to head office. |
| Reviews and listings | Review generation and replies are part of local SEO. Listings are kept consistent. | Review requests by text, email and QR code at each location, replies in your brand's voice, and ratings for every location on one page. |
| Reporting to head office | Monthly reports by location and for the network, and a website admin dashboard. | One page for every location, open any day: leads, reviews, average map rank, a map colored by rank and a plain list of what needs attention. |
| How fast a change shows | Ad results show in reporting the same day, and reports go out monthly. | As the next check runs: listings within six hours, search positions the next day, a Maps grid at the next weekly scan. |
| What the franchisee logs into | A website screen to edit hours, team and offers. | Their own location in the dashboard, under your brand: Maps grid, reviews, calls, leads and listings. |
| Contract | Not stated by the seller this column quotes. | Month to month, no contract. We ask for a quarter on a handshake, because search takes time to move. |
What we do for a franchise system.
- Put every location on one page for head office: leads, reviews, map rank and what needs attention.
- Map where each location ranks on Google Maps, point by point, with the competitors that beat it.
- Ask Google's AI Overview, ChatGPT and other assistants, city by city, whether they name your brand, and work on what they read.
- Answer each location's phone with AI and send a text back when a call is missed.
- Ask for reviews at every location and answer them in your brand's voice.
- Keep every listing right, checked every six hours.
- Run Google Ads for each territory, and the ads and pages that find franchise buyers.
- Give each owner their own location in the dashboard, under your brand, and a monthly report.
- The question
- Who is the best [service] in [city]?
- Asked of
- Google's AI Overview, ChatGPT and other assistants
- Is your brand named
- YesNo in that city's answer
- Pages cited
- The pages each answer points to
- What we do next
- Work on what the answers read: the location page, the profile, the listings and the reviews

For a brand with many locations, each location now has to show on the map, be named in the answer and pick up the phone. A report once a month is not enough on its own.
Questions to ask any agency, including us.
- Can head office see every location on one page, any day?
- How old is each number in the report?
- Where does each location rank on the map, point by point?
- Which of our locations do AI answers name today?
- What happens when a call is missed after hours?
- Who owns the accounts if we leave?
No promises. A working location instead.
We will not promise a ranking or a date. Google and the assistants decide those.
We will not show you a client's numbers without their permission. We will show you a working location in the dashboard and explain every number on it.
Asked often, answered plainly.
What does AI first mean here?
Software checks every location on a schedule, and AI answers the phone and helps our team with routine work. Our team decides what to do and does the work that matters. You see both in one dashboard.
Is this software we have to run ourselves?
No. We are a managed service. Our team does the work, and the dashboard is where you and your owners see it.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. We work month to month with no contract. We ask for a quarter on a handshake, because search takes time to move.
Can we start with some of our locations?
Yes. We scope where to start on the discovery call, for example one region, and add locations from there.
What do you need from head office to start?
A list of locations, who should see what, your brand rules, and access to the profiles and accounts you already have. We handle the setup from there.
More on marketing many locations.
See the difference on a working location.
On a 30 minute discovery call we walk you through a working location in the dashboard. Bring your hardest question.
