Franchise marketing agency · Head office and every locationFranchise marketing for how people search now.
Most Google searches now end without a click, and AI answers choose which nearby businesses to name. We watch every location in one dashboard and do the work, so head office and each owner see the same picture.
About 68 percent of U.S. Google searches ended without a click from January to April 2026.
In a study of more than 350,000 locations, ChatGPT put 1.2 percent of them among its first five picks. The average location showed in Google's top three map spots 35.9 percent of the time.
Each location gets its own Maps grid, reviews, calls and leads. Head office sees every location on one page.
Search changed in 2026. Every location feels it.
- Google says AI Overviews now have more than 2.5 billion monthly users, and AI Mode more than 1 billion.Google, June 3, 2026, updated August 31, 2026

People read the answer, and more of them stop there.
For a brand with many locations, that splits the work in three. Each location has to show on the map, be named in the AI answer, and pick up when the customer calls.
We built our model for the search page people see today.
On 7 of 7 Google results pages we saved for franchise and multi location marketing searches, an AI written answer sat above the first result.

If you run a location, this part is yours.
You log in to your own location, under your brand's name. You see your map, your reviews, your calls and your leads. Nobody else's.
Every location, checked off.
The first six of fifteen rows. A filled check is part of what we do. The circle counts how many of the ten franchise agencies we read describe the same thing, or the closest thing to it, on their own sites.
| Row | Digital Ingenuity | Ten franchise agencies |
|---|---|---|
| A Google Maps grid around every location | Yes | Not described by any of the 10 |
| Each location its own account, under your brand | Yes | Described by 1 of 10 |
| Each owner's own login to their location | Yes | Described by 5 of 10 |
| AI answers checked, city by city | Yes | Described by 1 of 10 |
| An AI receptionist on each location's line | Yes | Not described by any of the 10 |
| A text back when a call is missed | Yes | Not described by any of the 10 |
- Part of what we do
- How many of the ten franchise agencies we read describe it, or the closest thing to it
Counts come from our comparison of the ten agencies, read from their own pages on October 12, 2026. An agency counts on a row when its pages describe that thing or the closest thing to it. "Not described" means we did not find it on their pages, not that they do not do it.
On the two phone rows: some of the ten describe call tracking, website chat or a fast reply to web forms and chat. None of those is described as answering a location's own calls, so they are not counted there.
The traditional model, and ours.
| Row | The traditional franchise agency model | AI first, with Digital Ingenuity |
|---|---|---|
| How locations are watched | Ad campaigns are managed daily. Local SEO is a list of tasks: profiles, listings, location pages and reviews. | Software checks on a schedule: each location's listings every six hours, search positions for each website every day and each location's Maps grid about weekly. Our team works on what the checks find. |
| How rankings are measured | The goal is to be found in the map's top three spots and in local results, with time ranges of weeks to months. | A Google Maps grid of up to 49 points around each location, with the businesses that beat it at each point. |
| AI answers | A brand level audit in four AI tools, with citations monitored monthly; the seller says it also builds this for single franchise locations. | Our team asks Google's AI Overview, ChatGPT and other assistants, city by city, whether they name your brand and which pages they cite. |
| The phone and lead follow up | Ads and forms bring the lead. Forms connect to a sales tracking system (CRM), and leads are qualified and tracked in a pipeline. | An AI receptionist can answer each location's line, a missed call gets a text back, and every lead lands in that location's records. Franchise buyer inquiries go to head office. |
| Reporting to head office | Monthly reports by location and for the network, and a website admin dashboard. | One page for every location, open any day: leads, reviews, average map rank, a map colored by rank and a plain list of what needs attention. |
Run by people. Watched by software.
We are a managed service. Our team does the work, and the dashboard shows you what we did and what changed.
We do not promise rankings. Nobody honest can. We show you where each location stands and what we are doing about it.
Month to month, no contract. We ask for a quarter on a handshake, because search takes time to move. Our prices are on the pricing page.
How head office and every location work togetherFrom the first call to every location.
On a 30 minute discovery call we walk you through a working location in the dashboard.
We map your locations, territories, regions and who should see what.
We set up each location: listings, Maps grid, reviews, phone line and lead forms.
Head office gets the all locations page. Each owner gets their own location.
Our team works on what the checks find, and each location gets a monthly report.
Asked often, answered plainly.
What does a franchise marketing agency actually do?
It runs marketing for the brand and for each location: search, maps, reviews, ads, websites and the leads they bring. We do that work as a managed service and show it in one dashboard. Head office sees every location, and each owner sees their own.
Can one team recruit franchisees and bring customers to our locations?
Yes, and we keep the two apart. Franchise buyer inquiries go to head office. Customer leads go to the location they belong to. The same phone answering and follow up works for both.
Who owns the listings, profiles and data if we leave?
You do. Each location is set up as its own account under your brand. The profiles and data stay with you, and we hand over every login. Our terms are month to month.
How is the work billed?
Every plan is on our pricing page. For a franchise system we scope the locations and services on the discovery call, then confirm it in writing. There are no prices on this page on purpose.
How do we keep every location on brand without slowing owners down?
Head office sets the brand rules: words, look and offers. Our team writes each location's pages and review replies inside those rules. Owner logins can be view only, so changes come through us and are checked against your rules first.
More on marketing many locations.
See one location the way head office will.
On a 30 minute discovery call we walk you through a working location in the dashboard: the Maps grid, the reviews, the calls and the all locations page.
