Digital Ingenuity LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates DigiLabs and the Digital Ingenuity Ads Meta app. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with DigiLabs and with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) connections used for advertising operations.

    How to request deletion

    1. Email aaron@digitalingenuity.io from the email address on your DigiLabs account, or the email address tied to the Meta assets you shared with Digital Ingenuity.
    2. Use the subject line Data deletion request.
    3. Include your DigiLabs account email (if any), your business or company name and, if relevant, the Meta ad account IDs or Page names you want removed from our systems.

We confirm receipt within 7 business days and complete deletion of personal data we control within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal, security or accounting obligations.

The same contact path is described in the Data retention and deletion section of our Privacy Policy.

    What we delete

    • DigiLabs account profile data you ask us to remove.
    • Stored connection metadata and tokens we hold for integrations you disconnect or ask us to erase.
    • Operator notes derived from connected data that are still tied to your account, when you ask us to remove them.

    What we may retain

    • Records required by law, such as invoices and consent logs.
    • Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you.
    • Data that lives only in Meta's products, such as Ads Manager and Business Manager. For that data, use Meta's own tools and settings; we cannot delete data held solely by Meta.

    Meta / Facebook Login callback

If the Digital Ingenuity Ads app uses Facebook Login, Meta will also call our User Data Deletion Request Callback. That endpoint accepts Meta's signed_request (POST), verifies the signature with the app secret, queues deletion for the Facebook user ID in the payload, and responds with JSON { "url": "<status URL>", "confirmation_code": "<code>" }.

When the app uses only the Marketing API with a system user (no Facebook Login), these instructions remain the way to request deletion; the callback applies when Facebook Login is used.
