Compare · Birdeye vs Digital IngenuityBirdeye or us?

Birdeye is built for brands with many locations. For one location or a few, here is what we would take over, what stays with Birdeye, and how the move works.

Checked September 30, 2026, against Birdeye's own pages

    Birdeye

Birdeye sells an AI agent platform for reviews, listings, social, webchat and an AI front desk, aimed mainly at multi location brands.

    Digital Ingenuity

We run the same local jobs for a business with one to a few locations, with a strategist doing the work and you approving it, and we add map rank grids, email, ads care and site changes.

Our honest read · Replaces most of it

For one location or a few, we replace most of what Birdeye does, and add the map grid, campaigns, ad audits and site work its pages do not list.

Keep Birdeye if you need live chat staffed by people, surveys and ticketing, enterprise single sign on, or connectors to systems such as Epic, Yardi or ServiceTitan.

The Birdeye column comes from Birdeye's own public pages, read on September 30, 2026. Not listed means we did not find it there, not that Birdeye lacks it. If something has changed, tell us and we will correct it.

    If you switch

    What you keep, what changes.

    What you keep

    • Your reviews. Reviews posted on Google, Facebook and the other review sites stay there, and we monitor those sites through the directory network.
    • Your contacts. Birdeye lists bulk download for contacts. We bring that file in with its tags.
    • A copy of your review history. Birdeye's help center describes downloading reviews as a spreadsheet and scheduling review reports.

    What changes

    • Who does the work. A strategist runs the account on our software. The crew reads it overnight and proposes; nothing ships without your yes.
    • Live chat and surveys. If your team answers chats live or sends surveys in Birdeye, plan for that part: we do not offer either today.
    • Your review requests. They go out from us by text, email or QR code instead of from Birdeye, after you approve the wording.
    How the move works

Moving from Birdeye, in three steps.

    1. Tell us what you have

Which Birdeye products you use, how many locations, and who on your team needs access.

    2. We set it up

We import the contacts file from Birdeye, set up review monitoring through the directory network, and set up listings, website chat, texting and phone answering for each location.

    3. You review and switch

You check every location side by side with Birdeye, then the chat widget and phone answering switch on a day you pick.

A person reads every request and replies within one business day. Nothing your customers see changes until you say yes.

    Questions

    Birdeye questions, answered.

Can Digital Ingenuity replace Birdeye for a business with one or a few locations?

For most of it, yes. We run review requests by text, email and QR, AI drafted replies you approve, listings across the directory network, website chat, a texting line and an AI phone receptionist. The gaps are live chat staffed by people, surveys and ticketing, which we do not offer today.

What happens to my Birdeye reviews when I switch?

Reviews posted on Google, Facebook and the other review sites stay there, and we monitor those sites through the directory network. Anything kept only inside Birdeye, such as survey answers, does not come across on its own. For your own copy of the reviews, Birdeye's help center describes downloading them as a spreadsheet.

Is Birdeye better for large multi location brands?

Often, yes. Birdeye's site speaks to multi location brands and lists single sign on, audit logging, compliance attestations and connectors for systems such as Epic, Yardi and ServiceTitan. We fit a business with one to a few locations, or an agency that serves them.

Should I cancel Birdeye before you start?

No. Birdeye keeps running while we set up, and nothing your customers see changes until you approve it. Before you cancel, download your contacts and your review spreadsheet, and note anything that lives only inside Birdeye, such as survey answers, since it does not come across on its own.
