Compare · Podium vs Digital IngenuityPodium answers your leads. We answer them, and run the map and the ads too.
Podium is messaging software with an AI Employee: it answers calls, texts and webchat, books appointments, sends review invites and takes payments by text, and your team coaches it. Digital Ingenuity is one managed service for every size, from one location to thousands: a strategist runs your map rank, listings, reviews and Google Business Profile on our own platform, and the same team answers your chat, texts and calls, writes to your list and watches your ads. Month to month, no contract; we ask for one quarter on a handshake, because results take time to show. Changes wait for your approval.
Checked October 1, 2026, against Podium's own pages
The short answer.
Why we are the better choice, and what the checks show.
- For a business of any size, from one location to thousands. We answer your chat, texts and calls as Podium does, and add the search side its pages do not list: rank tracking, a map grid, listings, Google Business Profile posts, ad campaigns and a website.
- For an agency that wants the work done. The whole platform under your name and domain, every client on one console, add ons resold at your price. Podium's reseller terms cover reselling its products; we found no console over every client on its pages.
- Counted, not claimed. Of the 71 checks below, both sides do 17, 46 are ours in full where Podium lists none or part, and 4 are Podium's alone, marked in gold.
Better in six ways, each one checkable.
Every reason below points at the rows that prove it. If a row does not hold up, the reason does not either.
- 01A strategist runs it.
Podium is software with an AI Employee that your team coaches in its AI Studio, with a customer success manager on its plans. With us a strategist runs the account month to month with no contract, the crew reads it every night, and your accounts, data and every page stay yours if you leave.
Rows 1 to 7How it runs → - 02The map that sends the lead.
Podium's pages list no rank tracking, map grid, listings, citations or Google Business Profile posts. Ours tracks every keyword that matters on a 7 by 7 grid around each location, keeps listings right across the directory network, audits the site every night and reports your share of the AI answers.
Rows 17 to 32Local search → - 03Reviews asked for by email too, and email to your list.
Podium sends review invites by text, drafts replies and shows a reviews leaderboard, and its text campaigns answer replies. We ask by text and email forty minutes after the job, wake on a rating drop, turn five star reviews into posts and flag unfair ones, then write email campaigns to the same list.
- 04Ads, posts and the website, in the same hands.
Podium's pages list no ad management, social publishing or website building. Ours builds and runs Google and Meta campaigns and reads the spend every night, drafts thirty posts a month from your real jobs in ContentLab, and builds and cares for the site in SiteLab.
- 05One brief every morning.
Podium reports on reviews, leads, calls and campaigns inside the product. With SearchLight we check listings, leads and spend every thirty minutes, and we write one brief at 6:58 that says what moved and why.
Rows 61 to 66Reporting and the morning → - 06Your name on it, if you are an agency.
Podium's pricing page lists removing Podium branding, and its Certified Reseller terms let partners resell its products; we found no console over every client on its pages. We white label the whole platform from the agency Growth plan: your domain, your sender addresses, your prices on every add on, every client on one console.
Rows 67 to 71Agencies and franchises →
Every check, both sides marked.
Ten areas, in the order you would ask about them. Each area opens with the question it answers and a one line verdict. Where a check is Podium's alone, the row is marked in gold.

The Podium column comes from Podium's own public pages, read on October 1, 2026. Not listed means we did not find it there, not that Podium lacks it. If something has changed, tell us and we will correct it. Logos belong to their owners and are shown for comparison only.
Moving from Podium, in three steps.
- Tell us what you have
The Podium numbers customers text and call, how many locations, whether you take payments by text, and which systems it connects to. The form takes about two minutes.
You, about two minutes - We set it up beside it
You export contacts from Podium's Contacts page as a CSV and we load it with its tags. We set up the texting line, website chat and phone answering from answers you approve, start review monitoring and set a 7 by 7 grid around each location. Podium keeps running while we work.
Us, while your tools keep running - You review and switch
You read our first brief beside what Podium shows you, then chat, texting and calls switch on a day you pick. Payments by text need a processor you choose first, because we take none.
You, when you are ready
What comes across
- CopiedContactsPodium's release notes say Account Owners export contacts as a CSV; we load it with its tags.
- MonitoredReviewsThey stay on Google, Facebook and the review sites; we watch those sites.
- RebuiltReview invitesYour wording re created, sent by text and email forty minutes after the job.
- RebuiltChat, texting and phone answeringSet up on our side from answers you approve, switched on a day you pick.

A person reads every request and replies within one business day. Nothing your customers see changes until you say yes.
Podium questions, answered.
Podium is software my team runs. Why pay for a service?
Because the software still needs someone to coach it, read the reports and do the search work its pages do not list. With us a strategist runs the account, the receptionist answers chat and texts in about four seconds and picks up your calls, and the same team runs your map rank, listings, reviews, campaigns and ads. Changes wait for your approval, and you read one brief each morning.
What does Podium have that Digital Ingenuity does not?
Four checks in the table are marked for Podium alone, in gold: three countries, payments, connectors to other business systems and customer surveys. If customers pay you by text today, plan for a payment processor: we take no payments.
Can I take my data out of Podium?
Podium's release notes say Account Owners can export contacts from the Contacts page, sent by email as a CSV with name, phone, email, status, address, tags and date added. Your reviews stay on Google and Facebook, where customers wrote them. Export what you want to keep before your renewal date.
Should I cancel Podium before you start?
No. Keep it running until our first brief sits beside what Podium shows you. The move is set up next to what you have, and nothing your customers see changes until you say yes.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, with no contract, and you can cancel any month. We ask for one quarter on a handshake, because results take time to show; that is a request, not a term. Your accounts, data, domain and every page stay yours. It starts with a free audit and a fifteen minute call with a strategist.
Weighing something else?
Your reviews, side by side.
Fifteen minutes with a strategist, your accounts on the screen, and a straight answer on whether to leave Podium.
