Compare · Yext vs Digital IngenuityYext or us?
Yext is built for large brands. For one to a few locations, here is how our listings, reviews and lead work compare, and what you would give up by leaving.
Checked September 30, 2026, against Yext's own pages
Yext sells a Knowledge Graph of verified business facts and the products built on it, listings, reviews, pages, social and search, to enterprise brands with many locations.
We keep a local business's listings, reviews and Google Business Profile posts right through our directory network, with a strategist running it, and add the lead and conversation tools Yext's pages do not list.
For one to a few locations that use Yext for listings and reviews, we replace it and add a CRM, chat, texting, phone answering, email and ad care.
Keep Yext if you manage a large brand and need its direct publisher connections, its Knowledge Graph and on site search, or role based approvals at enterprise scale.

The Yext column comes from Yext's own public pages, read on September 30, 2026. Not listed means we did not find it there, not that Yext lacks it. If something has changed, tell us and we will correct it.
What you keep, what changes.
What you keep
- Your business facts. Hours, categories, descriptions and photos move into the directory network location by location, and you check them first.
- Your exports. Yext's help center has articles on exporting listings, reviews and entities. We check each file with you before you cancel.
- Your reviews. They stay on the review sites where customers wrote them. We monitor those sites through the directory network.
What changes
- How listings are kept. Through our directory network instead of Yext's direct publisher connections. We do not claim Yext's publisher reach.
- Who does the work. A strategist runs the account, the crew proposes, and nothing publishes without your yes.
- Your reports. A morning brief every day and a monthly strategy deck, in place of Yext's report builder.
Moving from Yext, in three steps.
- Tell us what you have
Which locations Yext manages today and which products you use: Listings, Reviews, Pages, Social or Search.
- We set it up
You export listings and reviews following Yext's help center steps. We load each location's facts into the directory network and set up review monitoring there.
- You review and switch
You approve each location's details before they publish, then review requests, chat and texting switch on.
A person reads every request and replies within one business day. Nothing your customers see changes until you say yes.
Yext questions, answered.
Is Digital Ingenuity a Yext alternative for a small business?
For one to a few locations, largely yes: listings kept correct across the directory network, review requests by text, email and QR, AI drafted replies you approve, Google Business Profile posts and AI visibility tracking. Yext's site is built for large brands; we fit a local business or an agency that serves them.
Do you connect directly to as many publishers as Yext?
No, and we will not claim to. Yext lists direct publisher integrations with its own verification. We keep listings correct through a directory network. If your brand needs Yext's reach, stay with Yext.
Should I cancel Yext before you start?
No. Keep Yext running until you have approved each location's details in the directory network. Export your listings and reviews first, following Yext's help center, and keep the files as your record.
Can agencies resell Digital Ingenuity the way they resell Yext?
Yes. Agencies and franchises offer our managed service under their own name and domain, with a client roll up and a marketplace to resell add ons. Yext also runs a reseller program with white label options, so compare the two on what your clients need: Yext's publisher reach, or our managed work with leads and conversations included.
