Compare · GoHighLevel vs Digital IngenuityGoHighLevel hands you the toolkit. We do the work.
GoHighLevel is all in one software for agencies and owners: a CRM, funnels, texting, calendars, reviews, an ad manager and automations that you or your agency builds and runs. Digital Ingenuity is one managed service for every size, from one location to thousands: a strategist runs your map rank, listings, reviews and Google Business Profile on our own platform, and the same team answers your chat, texts and calls, writes to your list and watches your ads. Month to month, no contract; we ask for one quarter on a handshake, because results take time to show. Changes wait for your approval.
Checked October 1, 2026, against GoHighLevel's own pages
The short answer.
Why we are the better choice, and what the checks show.
- For a business of any size that wants it done. We run the pieces of GoHighLevel a business uses, CRM, chat, texting, calls, booking, reviews and campaigns, and add what its pages do not list: AI answer visibility and click fraud protection. We earn the links its backlink tools point at, and a strategist runs all of it.
- For an agency that wants the work done. The whole platform under your name and domain, every client on one console, add ons resold at your price, and a strategist carrying the work.
- Counted, not claimed. Of the 76 checks below, both sides do 40, 24 are ours in full where GoHighLevel lists none or part, and 10 are GoHighLevel's alone, marked in gold.
Better in six ways, each one checkable.
Every reason below points at the rows that prove it. If a row does not hold up, the reason does not either.
- 01A strategist runs it.
GoHighLevel is a toolkit: its own pricing page describes accounts you set up from a library and automations you build, month to month. With us a strategist runs the account, the crew reads it every night, and your accounts, data and every page stay yours if you leave.
Rows 1 to 7How it runs → - 02Local search done, not only measured.
GoHighLevel offers rank tracking, a heatmap, listings, a site audit, backlink research and AI writing tools that your team operates, and we do that work for you. We write and publish the local pages after your yes, earn the links, report your share of the AI answers, and keep structured data and an llms.txt current.
Rows 18 to 35Local search → - 03Reviews defended, and tracked by name.
GoHighLevel monitors many review sites, sends requests by SMS and email, replies with AI, turns reviews into posts and tracks referrals, as we do. We add a rating drop that wakes the crew, unfair reviews flagged where the platform allows, and tracking of who earns the reviews.
Rows 36 to 45Reputation → - 04Your ad spend read every night.
GoHighLevel's Ad Manager lets you build campaigns and read the report. We build and run them too, then read every Google and Meta spend line against every lead each night, block click fraud with TrafficShield, and draft budget moves for your yes.
Rows 50 to 54Ads → - 05The posts and the website made for you.
GoHighLevel gives you a social planner that reaches more networks, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest and Bluesky among them, an AI blog writer, a site builder, and a speed report for the WordPress sites it hosts. We write thirty posts a month from your real jobs in ContentLab, cut short video, build the site in SiteLab and publish each change after your yes.
- 06One brief every morning.
GoHighLevel gives you custom dashboards to build and read, and notifications by user. With SearchLight we check listings, leads and spend every thirty minutes, and we write one brief at 6:58 that says what moved, why, and the one thing that needs you.
Rows 64 to 69Reporting and the morning →
Every check, both sides marked.
Ten areas, in the order you would ask about them. Each area opens with the question it answers and a one line verdict. Where a check is GoHighLevel's alone, the row is marked in gold.

The GoHighLevel column comes from GoHighLevel's own public pages, read on October 1, 2026. Not listed means we did not find it there, not that GoHighLevel lacks it. If something has changed, tell us and we will correct it. Logos belong to their owners and are shown for comparison only.
Moving from GoHighLevel, in three steps.
- Tell us what you have
Which parts of GoHighLevel you use, how many sub accounts or locations, your numbers and your funnels. The form takes about two minutes.
You, about two minutes - We set it up beside it
You export contacts as CSV from each sub account; GoHighLevel's help center says an admin must do it and the file stays available 30 days. We load them with their tags, rebuild your pipeline stages, set up chat, texting and phone answering, and set a 7 by 7 grid around each location. GoHighLevel keeps running while we work.
Us, while your tools keep running - You review and switch
You read our first brief beside your GoHighLevel dashboards. Funnels, courses and payments do not move to us, so we agree first where each one will live.

GoHighLevel questions, answered.
GoHighLevel is software my team runs. Why pay for a service?
Because the toolkit does nothing until someone builds it and keeps it running. GoHighLevel's pages describe workflows, sub accounts and add ons that you or an agency set up. With us a strategist does the running: the CRM, chat, texting and calls, reviews, the map grid, listings, campaigns and ads, with changes that wait for your approval and one brief each morning.
What does GoHighLevel have that Digital Ingenuity does not?
Ten checks in the table are marked for GoHighLevel alone, in gold: businesses in other countries; payments; funnels, courses and memberships; connectors to other business systems; a keyword database; a backlink index; an embeddable review widget; customer surveys; Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok publishing; and a white label mobile app. Funnels, courses, memberships and payments run inside GoHighLevel do not move to us; they need a tool of their own.
Can I take my data out of GoHighLevel?
GoHighLevel's help center says contacts export as a CSV, that only admins can export, that the file stays available for 30 days, and that automation history is not included. Opportunities can be exported from the Opportunities page. We found no help article for exporting reviews or conversations; your reviews stay on Google and Facebook, where customers wrote them.
Should I cancel GoHighLevel before you start?
No. Keep it running until our first brief sits beside your GoHighLevel dashboards. The move is set up next to what you have, and nothing your customers see changes until you say yes.
Is Digital Ingenuity a fit for an agency leaving GoHighLevel?
Yes, if you want the work done under your name, for clients of any size. You get the whole platform white labeled on your domain from the agency Growth plan, a console over every client, add ons at your prices, and a strategist who carries the work. Its funnels, courses and white label mobile app are marked in gold in the table above.
Weighing something else?
Your account, side by side.
Fifteen minutes with a strategist, your accounts on the screen, and a straight answer on whether to leave GoHighLevel.
