Compare · Vendasta vs Digital IngenuityVendasta sells agencies a platform and a catalog. We run one service and brief you every morning.
Vendasta is a white label platform that agencies, franchisors and resellers run for small businesses: a CRM, AI employees, listings, reviews, social, ads and a marketplace of products to resell, with Vendasta Services experts available to do the work. Digital Ingenuity is one managed service for every size, from one location to thousands: a strategist runs your map rank, listings, reviews and Google Business Profile on our own platform, and the same team answers your chat, texts and calls, writes to your list and watches your ads. Month to month, no contract; we ask for one quarter on a handshake, because results take time to show. Changes wait for your approval.
Checked October 1, 2026, against Vendasta's own pages
The short answer.
Why we are the better choice, and what the checks show.
- For a business of any size, from one location to thousands. The work Vendasta's products do, listings, reviews, the rank grid, chat, texting, calls and posts, is what our managed service does. We add what its pages do not list: click fraud protection, unfair review flagging and referral asks, and we earn links and keep structured data current as part of the service, not as a resold product.
- For an agency. The whole platform under your name, every client on one console and add ons at your price, as Vendasta offers. Ours comes with one strategist across every service, a nightly spend audit and a brief each morning.
- Counted, not claimed. Of the 75 checks below, both sides do 47, 17 are ours in full where Vendasta lists none or part, and 10 are Vendasta's alone, marked in gold.
Better in four ways, each one checkable.
Every reason below points at the rows that prove it. If a row does not hold up, the reason does not either.
- 01Reviews defended, and tracked by name.
Vendasta monitors 100+ sources, sends requests by email and SMS and posts AI replies by rule, as we do. We add a rating drop that wakes the crew, unfair reviews flagged where the platform allows, tracking of who earns the reviews and a referral ask after a good one.
Rows 35 to 44Reputation → - 02Your ad spend read every night.
Vendasta sells automated ad products and expert managed campaigns, with budget recommendations and leads routed into its CRM, and we do that too. We add a nightly read of every Google and Meta spend line against every lead, and click fraud blocked by TrafficShield.
Rows 49 to 53Ads → - 03Site changes published, checked and watched.
Vendasta's Website Services build a site and its AI Blogger publishes articles to WordPress. We build the site too, then publish each approved change with a live check and rollback and watch its speed and Core Web Vitals.
Rows 59 to 62Website → - 04One brief every morning.
Vendasta sends an automated Executive Report and gives clients a branded portal. With SearchLight we check listings, leads and spend every thirty minutes, and we write one brief at 6:58 that says what moved, why, and the one thing that needs you.
Rows 63 to 68Reporting and the morning →
Every check, both sides marked.
Ten areas, in the order you would ask about them. Each area opens with the question it answers and a one line verdict. Where a check is Vendasta's alone, the row is marked in gold.

The Vendasta column comes from Vendasta's own public pages, read on October 1, 2026. Not listed means we did not find it there, not that Vendasta lacks it. If something has changed, tell us and we will correct it. Logos belong to their owners and are shown for comparison only.
Moving from Vendasta, in three steps.

Which Vendasta products you or your agency use, how many client accounts or locations, and which add ons your clients pay for. The form takes about two minutes.

We load contacts exported from the Vendasta CRM, rebuild your pipeline, load each location into the directory network, start review monitoring and set a 7 by 7 grid around each location. Chat, texting and phone answering switch on when you want them. Vendasta keeps running while we work.
Us, while your tools keep running - You review and switch
You compare our first brief with your last Executive Report. If you are on a Vendasta plan with a one year contract, plan the switch around your renewal date.

Vendasta questions, answered.
Vendasta can do the work for me too. How is yours different?
Vendasta Services offers experts for social, reviews, ads, listings and websites, each a service your agency resells, beside software and AI employees your agency sets up. Ours is one managed service with one strategist across local search, reviews, the receptionist, campaigns, ads and the site, month to month with no contract. Changes wait for your approval, and one brief arrives each morning. Vendasta's pricing page puts a one year contract on its Professional and Premium plans.
What does Vendasta have that Digital Ingenuity does not?
Ten checks in the table are marked for Vendasta alone, in gold: partners in more countries; a lead widget for agency sites; payments; connectors to other business systems; a keyword database; a backlink index; an embeddable review widget; customer surveys; Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok publishing; and single sign on with security attestations. Its marketplace also lists more than 250 products from other vendors, which is a wider catalog than ours.
Can I take my data out of Vendasta?
Vendasta's CRM page lists import and export for contacts. We did not find a page that describes exporting reviews, so we do not promise one; your reviews stay on Google, Facebook and the review sites where customers wrote them. Export what you want to keep before your renewal date.
Should I cancel Vendasta before you start?
No. Keep it running until our first brief sits beside your last Executive Report. Vendasta's Professional and Premium plans carry a one year contract, so check your renewal date and let us set up beside it first.
Is Digital Ingenuity a fit for an agency leaving Vendasta?
Yes, if you want one strategist carrying the work under your name. You get the whole platform white labeled on your domain from the agency Growth plan, a console over every client, a marketplace with your prices and one statement on the first. If you sell a wide catalog of other vendors' products through Vendasta's marketplace, we go through it with you first.
Your account, side by side.
Fifteen minutes with a strategist, your accounts on the screen, and a straight answer on whether to leave Vendasta.
