Compare · Local Falcon vs Digital IngenuityLocal Falcon or us?
Local Falcon shows you where you rank across the map. Here is how our grid compares, why theirs is bigger, and the work we do to move the grid.
Checked September 30, 2026, against Local Falcon's own pages
Local Falcon sells a tool for tracking how a business shows up on map grids and in AI answer engines, with a Google Business Profile monitor and an AI agent.
We run the map grid for you and act on it: listings, review requests, posts and the lead side, with a strategist running it.
Local Falcon is a point tool. We do the grid and the AI visibility tracking, then the work that moves them, but our grid is smaller.
Keep Local Falcon if you sell scan reports, need grids larger than 7 by 7 or Apple Maps tracking, or pipe scan data into your own dashboards.

What you keep, what changes.
What you keep
- Your scan history. Local Falcon's help pages describe CSV and PDF downloads of scans, with bulk export once a scan has run at least twice, and a Looker Studio template.
- Your profile metrics. Falcon Guard lets you download Google Business Profile performance metrics as CSV.
- Your reports. Shareable report links and PDFs stay with you as a record of where you started.
What changes
- Grid size. Ours is a 7 by 7 grid around each location, so the picture is smaller than a 21 by 21 scan.
- From watching to doing. The grid now comes with the work: listings kept correct, review requests, posts and replies, each proposed for your approval.
- Your reports. A morning brief every day and a monthly strategy deck, in place of shareable scan reports.
Moving from Local Falcon, in three steps.
- Tell us what you have
The keywords and locations you scan today, and how often.
- We set it up
You export your scans as CSV. We load the same keywords, set a 7 by 7 grid around each location and start the work that moves it.
- You review and switch
You compare our first grid with your last Local Falcon scan, knowing the grids differ in size.
A person reads every request and replies within one business day. Nothing your customers see changes until you say yes.
Local Falcon questions, answered.
Is your map grid as detailed as Local Falcon's?
No. Ours is a 7 by 7 grid around each location. Local Falcon lists grid sizes from 3 by 3 up to 21 by 21, Apple Maps tracking, quick scans and a local keyword research tool. If that depth is your daily work, keep Local Falcon.
Does Digital Ingenuity track AI visibility like Local Falcon?
Yes. We track share of voice across AI answer engines, alongside rank, reviews and listings. Local Falcon also tracks AI visibility, with its own named metrics and brand mention tracking with source attribution.
Can I export my Local Falcon scan history?
Yes. Local Falcon's help pages describe CSV and PDF downloads of scans and reports, bulk export once a scan has run at least twice, and a Looker Studio template. Keep those files as your starting line.
Who should keep Local Falcon?
An agency or consultant that sells scan reports or needs large grids, or anyone who connects scan data to their own dashboards through its API or MCP. A business owner who wanted rankings watched and acted on can hand that to us.
