Compare · Whitespark vs Digital IngenuityWhitespark or us?
Whitespark sells local SEO tools and hands on listing work. Here is the ongoing work we would take over, and the jobs to leave with Whitespark.
Checked September 30, 2026, against Whitespark's own pages
Whitespark sells local SEO software and hands on local SEO services, citations, listing cleanup and Google profile reinstatement, to small businesses, agencies and multi location brands.
We run the map grid, listings, reviews and posting for you, along with the CRM, texting and phone answering that Whitespark's pages do not list.
For the ongoing local work, we replace most of what a business uses Whitespark for, and add the lead side.
Keep Whitespark if your Google profile is suspended, or if you use Citation Finder and its larger grids every week. We offer neither.

The Whitespark column comes from Whitespark's own public pages, read on September 30, 2026. Not listed means we did not find it there, not that Whitespark lacks it. If something has changed, tell us and we will correct it.
What you keep, what changes.
What you keep
- Your listing logins. Whitespark's pages say its listings service hands you a report with links, usernames and passwords for every listing, and that the listings do not depend on its system. They stay yours.
- Your ranking history. Its product pages describe CSV and PDF exports for the rank tracker, the grids and Citation Finder.
- Your review reports. Reputation Builder exports reports to CSV and PDF; the reviews themselves stay on the review sites.
What changes
- How listings are kept. Through our directory network from now on. We do not hand out a separate login for each listing.
- Grid size. Ours is a 7 by 7 grid around each location, read by a strategist, not a grid you size yourself.
- Review requests. They go out by text, email or QR code, and replies are drafted for your approval.
Moving from Whitespark, in three steps.
- Tell us what you have
Which Whitespark tools and services you use, and your listings report if you have one.
- We set it up
You export rankings and grid data as CSV. We load your keywords and locations, set a grid around each one and bring your listing details into the directory network.
- You review and switch
You check the first grid and the review request flow, then review requests switch over.
A person reads every request and replies within one business day. Nothing your customers see changes until you say yes.
Whitespark questions, answered.
Can Digital Ingenuity reinstate a suspended Google Business Profile?
No, we do not offer reinstatement. Whitespark lists a GBP Reinstatement Service for suspended profiles. If your profile is suspended, start there, then talk to us about the ongoing work.
How does your map grid compare with Whitespark's Local Ranking Grids?
Ours is a 7 by 7 grid around each location, run for you and read by a strategist. Whitespark's grids run from 4 to 225 points, from a neighborhood to a whole country, with Versus Mode and tracking to 100 positions. If you need that depth every week, Whitespark is the better tool.
What happens to the listings Whitespark built for me?
Whitespark's pages say its listings service hands you a report with links, usernames and passwords for every listing, and that the listings do not depend on its system. They stay yours, and we keep your details correct through the directory network from then on.
Should I cancel Whitespark before you start?
No. Download your rank tracker, grid and review reports first as CSV or PDF, and keep the listings report with your logins somewhere safe. The listings themselves stay yours either way.
